"Year after year" Time passes like a passing clock. Year after year passes without a sound. Each year is like a wave in the long river of life, seemingly similar but unique, carrying different stories, emotions and memories. As a child, a year was a long expectation. Since the beginning of the year, I have been looking forward to the New Year, which is the biggest holiday of the year. Near the Spring Festival, the air seems to be full of sweet smells. At the market, there was a huge crowd and a great buzz. The stalls were full of yearly goods, colorful candy, gorgeous new clothes, various types of paintings, and strings of red firecrackers, all announcing the approach of the new year. My mother would take me through the crowds, carefully selecting the items to use for the New Year. I held my mother's hand tightly, but my eyes were drawn to the novelty, and my heart was full of joy and anticipation. Back home, the family mobilized and began to prepare for the New Year. Dust cleaning is an essential part of the process. The family carries brooms and rags to clean the interior and exterior of the house, meaning to sweep away the gloom of the old year and welcome the good luck of the new year. My father would climb the ladder and post the Spring Joints, while I helped hand the joints and ashes, and watched the festive red joints stuck to the door, full of hope for the new year. Mother was busy in the kitchen, steaming buns, fried balls, and making dumplings. The smell of food filled the room and made people drool. New Year's Eve is the most lively time of the year. The family sat around a round table eating a huge New Year's Eve meal, and the laughter and laughter echoed through the house. The table was filled with a variety of delicious dishes, including fish symbolizing more than a year, dumplings meant for reunification, and dishes of all colors and flavors. The adults raised their glasses to celebrate and offered each other good wishes, while the children ate and ate, enjoying this rare culinary feast. After eating New Year's Eve, the family sat in front of the TV and watched the Spring Festival Gala. One after the other the wonderful shows made everyone laugh and the room was full of warmth and joy. The clock struck at twelve o'clock. Outside firecrackers went off, fireworks went off and the whole world was decorated with colours. The kids and I couldn't wait to run out into the yard and set off the firecrackers. The crackle of firecrackers was like the cheerful music of the New Year, announcing the end of the old year and the beginning of the new year. A year seems to be getting shorter as you get older. After school, the year is intense learning and growth. Whenever a new semester begins, I have new goals and dreams, and I work hard. In class, listen carefully and actively answer questions. After class, discuss problems with classmates, help each other and make progress together. The stress of exams and the busyness of school make time pass without even knowing it. I look forward to summer and winter vacations, but I lament the rush of time during the vacation. Later, I joined a job, and the year was busy running and struggling. I get up early every day, squeeze the crowded buses to work, and strive hard in the face of all kinds of challenges and pressures at work. To complete a project, I often work late into the night. To improve your abilities, use your spare time to learn a variety of knowledge and skills. Busy work makes life more fulfilling, but it also makes time more precious. At the end of the year, looking back, it seems like it was just a moment, but there were too many bittersweets and bittersweets in the year. Year after year, people and things around us are constantly changing. My childhood playmates are now busy working for their lives. Some are married and have children and live their own little lives. Some still struggle for their dreams, chasing the distant stars and seas. The once young parents also grew older with the passage of years, with many wrinkles on their faces and a lot of white hair on their heads. Every time I go home to visit them, I feel a lot of sadness and guilt. Reflect on the relentlessness of time and feel guilty that they spend too little time with them. However, no matter how much time passes and how life changes, there is always something that remains the same. That's love for home, love for loved ones. Every New Year's Day, no matter where you are or how busy you are, you will try to get home to your family. The family sat around for a reunion meal, talked about the past year, and shared each other's joys and sorrows. The warmth and happiness could not be described in words. Year after year, the wheels of the years roll forward, leaving deep, shallow traces. In these long years, we have experienced laughter and tears, and we have gained growth and understanding. The new year will be a new start and a new journey. Let us embrace the challenges of the future with dreams and hope, cherish every present moment, feel the beauty of life with all our heart, and let life shine brighter through the years.
